The sneak peek of “The Last of Us” Season 2 featured the returns of Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, and Gabriel Luna as Tommy. It also introduced newcomers Isabela Merced as Dina, Jeffrey Wright as Isaac, and Catherine O’Hara in a mysterious role.

Previously, HBO released a first-look image of Pedro Pascal as Joel, the tough yet caring father figure to Bella Ramsey’s Ellie. Like the first season, which was based on the acclaimed 2013 video game, Season 2 will adapt the events of the 2020 sequel, “The Last of Us Part II.”

This sequel delves into the repercussions of Joel’s actions from the Season 1 finale, promising more intense and emotional storytelling. Fans can look forward to a rich lineup of compelling narratives and beloved characters making their return to the screen in the coming years.
